Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SkyGo.ca or engaging our travel services. By accessing our website or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and SkyGo.ca, a sole proprietorship operating in Ontario, Canada ("SkyGo," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our website at www.skygo.ca, submitting a contact or booking inquiry, or engaging our travel services in any way, you confirm that:

02 Our Services

SkyGo.ca provides travel planning and booking services for Canadian travellers, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

03 Our Role as Travel Agent

SkyGo.ca acts as an independent travel agent. We arrange travel services on your behalf by booking with third-party travel suppliers. We are not the provider of the actual travel services (flights, accommodations, cruises, etc.).

⚠️ Important: SkyGo.ca is not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of any travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators. Your contract for the actual travel services is with those suppliers directly.

We will make every reasonable effort to secure the best available options for you and to communicate any changes or issues promptly. However, we cannot guarantee supplier performance or be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

04 Bookings & Payments

Inquiry vs. Confirmed Booking: Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from SkyGo.ca and any required deposit or full payment has been received.

Pricing: All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed with the supplier. We will notify you of any price changes before finalizing your booking.

Deposits & Final Payment:

Service Fees: SkyGo.ca may charge service fees for certain bookings. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm your booking.

05 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by You: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are established at the time of booking. Many travel products (especially flights and non-refundable hotel rates) are non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.

Cancellation by Supplier: If a travel supplier cancels your booking, we will work with you to find an alternative or facilitate a refund in accordance with the supplier's policies. SkyGo.ca is not financially responsible for supplier cancellations.

Changes to Bookings: Requests to change travel dates, names, or other booking details may be subject to fees from both the supplier and SkyGo.ca. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

💡 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation penalties, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

06 Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have all required travel documents and meet all entry requirements for your destination(s), including:

SkyGo.ca will provide general guidance on typical entry requirements, but this information is not a substitute for your own due diligence. Entry requirements can change without notice. We recommend checking the Government of Canada Travel Advice website (travel.gc.ca) before departure.

⚠️ SkyGo.ca is not responsible for any costs, losses, or consequences arising from your failure to obtain proper travel documents or meet entry requirements, including denied boarding or entry.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, SkyGo.ca's liability to you is limited as follows:

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

08 Travel Insurance

SkyGo.ca strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. Travel insurance can protect you against:

If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that SkyGo.ca is not responsible for any losses that insurance would have covered.

Ontario residents should note that provincial health coverage (OHIP) provides very limited or no coverage for medical expenses incurred outside Canada.

09 Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users who violate these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
